With over 15 years of experience leading teams, managing business units and advising business leaders, Matt has developed a talent for distilling complex situations into a clear strategy with actionable, data-driven solutions that improve cash flow for his clients.

Matt has advised the C-Suite of Fortune 500 companies as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and led global product lines at Honeywell. He's helped tech startups scale, driven innovation for a global manufacturing company, improved efficiency at a distributor and untangled terminal operations for a rail operator.  He has a background in strategy, finance and marketing and uses his experience across industries and functions to bring a fresh perspective and actionable insights to his clients.

Matt received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BBS, Finance from Texas Christian University (TCU).  He is a CFA Charterholder


Cory Oliver

Cory Oliver is a sales, strategy, and analytics consultant focused on helping middle market clients create profitable growth through rigorous analysis and hands-on implementation support. Before Ibex, he was a Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Growth & Customer Experience practice in New York, where he led engagements for clients ranging from private equity portfolio companies to Fortune 500 firms.

In addition to consulting for large clients, Mr. Oliver acts as an advisor for growth stage companies. He developed the business plan for a startup that later went on to raise significant venture capital funding, and has helped several small, high-growth firms to mature their businesses by developing growth plans and budgets, designing and implementing CRM systems, and restructuring sales organizations and activities.

Mr. Oliver holds an MBA from London Business School and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
